Our Trained Professionals Arrive at Call Time, 2 Hours Before the Event Begins to Set-Up and Stay Throughout the Event + 1 Additional Hour At the End For Cleaning Purposes. We Carefully Assemble a Labor Crew to Ensure a Timely Delivery & the Best Possible Level of Service. The Labor Charge is Also Called a Gratuity or Tips.
Rate Card for the Staff – (working a 4.0 Hour Shift)
1 Supervisor $45 ($180)
2 Chefs $45 ($360)
1 Bartender(s) $40 ($160)
3 Waitstaff $35 ($420)
1 Utility $30 ($120)
Standard Equipment Rental Per Person
Cocktail Event without seating- $10
Cocktail Event with 60% Seating $18
Fully Seated Event ( Buffet, Plated or French Service) $30
The“Standard Package Price” Typically Include the Following:

Low/Tall Drop Tables – Tables, Solid Linens, Votives candles ( where/when permitted )
